These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of seasonedrv.com and the Seasoned RV interactive tools (“Site”), operated by 639 Media One LLC, an Arizona limited liability company. By accessing the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of terms

Your use of the Site constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

Access the Site through automated means that materially burden our infrastructure (rate limits apply)
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our accounts, or our systems
Use the Site to distribute malware, phishing content, or unlawful content
Scrape or republish our content without written permission (see Section 3)
Misrepresent our content or tools in a way that materially misleads others

3. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — articles, tools, calculators, quizzes, brand assets, graphics, source code, and design — is owned by 639 Media One LLC or used under license. You may read, bookmark, and link to our pages. You may quote short excerpts (under 100 words) with attribution. You may not republish full articles, bulk-scrape our calculators, or reproduce our tools without written permission.

Not professional advice. Seasoned RV publishes research, opinion, and educational content. Nothing on this Site constitutes financial, tax, legal, insurance, or professional mechanical advice. Before making material financial decisions (RV purchase, insurance selection, domicile changes, loan commitments), consult licensed professionals.

No warranties.The Site is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our tools are error-free, that our content is current for your specific situation, or that our recommended products will fit your use case. 2026 market data changes; we refresh annually and disclose methodology, but market reality moves faster than any content site.

Affiliate relationships. The Site earns commissions from certain outbound links. See our Affiliate Disclosure for details. These relationships do not influence our editorial decisions.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 639 Media One LLC and its principals, contributors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site, including but not limited to damages for lost profits, lost data, RV purchase decisions, insurance coverage gaps, or any other damages. Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site will not exceed $100.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify 639 Media One LLC from any claim arising from your violation of these Terms, your violation of any third-party right, or your misuse of the Site.

7. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when our practices change, when legal requirements change, or when new features are added. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after any update constitutes acceptance.

9. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
